I ask kindly that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, however, no-shows and last minute cancellations have a major financial impact on my business. I will use my discretion as to when and if policies are to be enforced depending on the circumstances. Appointment no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of your scheduled appointment and must require approval to reschedule. If this issue is reoccurring, I reserve the right to refuse future service appointments. Absolutely no refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out for accommodations within the first 48 hours after your service has been completed.
